- Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA):
- We have implemented adequate customer due diligence measures to identify and verify our clients.
- We have established procedures for reporting suspicious transactions to the Financial Intelligence Centre.
- Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS):
- We are authorized to render financial services in terms of our FSP license.
- Our representatives are qualified and experienced in providing financial advice and intermediary services.
- Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA):
- We are registered with the FSCA as a financial services provider.
- We comply with the FSCA’s requirements for conduct of business, including treating customers fairly and maintaining adequate risk management practices.
